ABT's are one of my specialties. However I really like the way that you cut the chilies, I've never seen it done that way. I may have to adapt this. Thank you sir nicely done

I love Jalapeno poppers, but I can honestly say I never thought about adding salsa to the cream cheese. Killer idea, and I am definitely going to make some of those. Thanks for sharing all your creative ideas!!!

Man I make poppers all the time. Never seen it done with a boat style. Genius Idea bout to do that tomorrow.. I am going to do my sausage and cream cheese mix.. Love it!!

I like doing them this way, we usually slice them in half so that we "get" twice as many poppers. Smokey cream cheese is awesome.

@@CookingWithRy I guess we would just have to fire up a double batch... I know you like spice with flavor. Try finding pepperjack cheese in a block and grind up mix with the Mexician crumble cheese, bam. You might only get 20 they are so good...

Good video Ry. I always cut the ribs, from any pepper with a paring knife. Even bell peppers. The stuff has a bitter taste.

Always a classic Ry. I love the addition or the salsa. That’s a unique twist. Nicely done. I don’t think I’ve seen those grates before either. Btw I picked up some of those tongs you always use and love them.

Just an FYI, most of the time the bigger the jalapeno the less heat, I make these all the time (without the salsa) but in Texas we call them armadillo eggs lol, great job but try them with sausage and cream cheese some time

I like poppers...I like em.breaded,and deep fried, is,there any way to keep the breading to stick to the pepper, can u do one on those kind?

Seeds and ribs hold most of the heat in peppers. The oils from the ribs, aka the pith, often transfers to the seeds by contact, so even though there is little internal heat in the seeds they hold a good deal on their surface.
