Bacon Wrapped Smoked Armadillo Eggs 

Talk about layers of flavor! At the core is a jalapeño popper that is shrouded in sausage, wrapped with bacon and covered with BBQ sauce. These eggs would make a great appetizer or even an entree. I’ll definitely be making these again very soon.
