I used the exact same cut. Prepped it exactly how it was in the video. At 30 min at 350 the meat temp went from 40 to 80. Cooking it at 350 is too low. Everything is still raw...
So if it is 80 at 30 minutes when you cooked for the hour it did not hit 155 160 then? Says to cook at 350 for approximately 1hour and if it did not hit it within that hour just cook it a little longer
Any ideas for what temperature and how long in an air fryer? I don't want to burn the bacon if it's too high. I'm having trouble finding any helpful videos or articles for a bacon wrapped turkey breast in the air fryer. Thanks! Happy Thanksgiving!
