Great video - I'm on antibiotics due to swollen lymph node(s), fever. Doctor thinks it's bacterial infection. The fever has subsided so far, I will finish the course of the antibiotics to see where it leads.

I also believe some of these can also spread through water including the tap water systems that are not very well filtered! So you could likely catch one of these infections if you swallow the smallest amount of tap water in a 3rd world country which is something to be careful of when travelling! :)
