Bad Apple, as a VLC playlist 

I was playing a bit more with some of the ideas I used in my m3u BGGP5 entry, and realised that with vlc://pause:0.25 and making VLC resolve .m3us in a chain, I could display a video in the playlist view.
VLC really does not like playlists with 25k entries!
Nice to be able to reuse my old video to emoji code from 5 years ago as well.
