Just leave them as they are- If Horikoshi wanted him to be black, he would have drawn him as black- Asian people also have been getting discriminated why white people, so (at least in my opinion) it's just as bad to change his skin colour as whitewashing a black person- If he was originally blak but the people who animated the Manga/made the Anime changed it, then it would be okay, but if someone is originally a specific colour, just leave it be-
Look the desings are fire- and the video but you can't make White characters black! You can make them a little brackish but- that- No. Like Imagine if all that Mha characters were real and they saw you'r video with them having black skin- and they are white IRL. You can't do that. If you want to make them black than say that this is Asian Mha AU. Or Black Mha AU. This is not hating I'm just telling you what's right.
