I love the way the Polish champ gets put on the ground, then carries on sparring lightly. No ego, nothing to prove. Nothing but respect for each other. Exactly how it should be. Great video.
such a great atmoshpere in the gym! everyone enjoying themself but still working hard and technical, amazing! love these type of videos P.S. your right leg kick is lightning fast!
WOW wonderful sparring, no egos, and everybody having fun! and geez louise Liam, how the hell do you know the exact millisecond to employ a sweep? It's like you knew he was going to step there 3:42
Lovely to see there's actually three sorts of front kick - snap, push and these which is like a hybrid both snap and push at once. Awesome sparring lads and good technique Edit: Was actually watching some old K1 fights, mainly Andy Hugs fights.. don't see axe kicks like those anymore hey, bit sad..
Hard spar. Question you must of done thia sparing what do you prefer? I know why thias spar light just your professional opinion? P. S. Are you fighting anytime soon
Sparring a pro is always way better than sparring a novice. Not only do you get to learn a lot, you also don't get injured, which happens a lot when you spar a novice.
I love Muay thai compared to k1 because there is a lot more tactics, feints, projections! I will definitely watch more sparring videos if you take them back! Exciting
Your standard of skill and fight IQ is off the wall pal ..you should do seminars in Ireland theres plenty gyms would book you and lads would have no bother paying what you asked for
Me Harrison I got a question is it a must to wear shin Guards when training? Because my training club they don’t really emphasise on using shin guard just pure shin bones knocking each other.
Liam I know you don't do it for the money but if you made the switch to ufc you could use that attention to build kickboxing and muay Thai and make yourself a nice retirement fund on top of that, do it man you only live once you could be bigger than Darren Till
In this session you can see how these men show each other respect and affection. 2:12 a little attempted floating rib dislocation curtsey of our lovely man Liam hehehe :}
Only messing ,i know this probably is not you liam Harrison just your marketing manager! Be good to see you back in bkk someday pal I've been in Thailand 13 years now and train out of sityatong pattaya! Love to see come by one day when this covid situation gets better
man when you look at people like Liam and Saenchai who are in their 30s/40s and still look way faster than everyone... must be genetic freaks lol. when i look at sparring footage of myself i look like slow motion in comparison
