II went to race in Idaho for the first time and made a very basic mistake that made me crash and ended up with a really bad concussion.
I was able to stand up right away, but my vision was blurry and I couldn’t recovered at all. I still was able to finish this long distance race but in a very slow pace.

2:13 mark, very stupid and basic mistake but if you slow the playback you will see that I smacked my head pretty bad

@@co.1157I did! I had to have physical therapy because my balance after that was off. I was having vertigo out of nowhere. And it wasn’t a bad crash at all, but definitely kicked my butt
