There's nothing wrong with wanting more light on the road. Under federal motor vehicle safety standards, fog lights have a cutoff line so they don't cause glare.

I was driving down Scottsdale Road last Friday night at like 10-11pm, there were cops everywhere, right? Yet someone managed to do a burnout/donut in the middle of an intersection on Scottsdale Road, that's just wild, without getting caught.

It’s funny that people assume that it’s the guys in the 400-800 horsepower cars that’s doing the speeding out here. When in fact, it’s the people with the small beat up cars, lifted trucks, jeeps, and soccer moms that’s speeding and driving reckless. The guys with the muscle cars hog lanes and stomp on it for small spurts. Them V8 engines drink gas. From my experience they’re not the problem, at least not before night time. I’m out here all day all over Maricopa and Pima County and I see the accidents and watch the type of vehicle’s tailgating, which causes probably the most accidents out here, rear end collisions. The bad drivers are the people waiting until the last minute to leave for work, the hung over contractors that drive work trucks, some semi truck drivers that forget they’re driving a 70 ft. weapon on wheels, and people on social media while driving. Law enforcement needs to step up instead of finding a nice cozy place to chill while people drive 85-90 in a 65.
In my experience, 90% of drivers speed, most of them blow by me at least 10 miles over the limit. You drive long enough you can estimate this. Rusted out beaters, mom vans, off road vehicles, 6 figure sports cars, all of them. Fuel efficiency and gas prices are not slowing anyone down.
When they have to walk, take the bus or ride-share. They might learn. But for that to work you not only have to take the cars and dispose of them. State needs to revoke their driving privileges for 1 year and insurance companies need to raise their rates afterwards. Long term prevention, not a quick here you go is going to stop the insanity on the streets.
GOOD! I have lived in Arizona since 2003 and every state likes to brag they have the worst drivers but I am pretty sure Arizona leads the nation every year in accidents and red light runners. I can't stand excessive speeders and red light runners! Since 2003, I have literally seen 300+ accidents with my own eyes.
This whole the police doing operations is a complete and utter joke! They do this all over the country and generally they only want to run these operations when they get federal aid and money to help them do this even though it is the number one way for them to make money! The simple fact is the police have a job to do and I've been many places where they no longer enforce much if any traffic issues leading to even more traffic issues and more deadly wrecks! The simple fact is they're out there and their job is to protect the citizens You're not protecting the citizens if you're not handling distracted drivers DUI drivers reckless drivers and those who are expeding extremely! You're allowing them to put everybody else's life at risk and you only want to do your job when you want to have some little operation! This is why police are starting to lose the support of conservatives You're already defunded by the Democrats it's probably not wise to piss off the last people who actually have some respect for you! You took an oath you're getting paid out of tax paying dollars go do your dang jobs! That means everyday everywhere not just picking and choosing!
Problem with that is when they did the whole city said it was essentially a scam, because they are sometimes they malfunction and the person driving the speed limit gets a ticket for no reason, also many people don’t know that you can just throw those tickets away. Unless an officer comes to your door you can throw those camera tickets away because “stuff gets lost in the mail everyday”
