Heavy breakfast gives you a good morning sleep 😂 so i loved it but if i have to go outside like 7/8am i choose lighter breakfast like 1egg 1 wheat roti khakhra homemade ( just made from scratch) for much hunger for less hunger 1 and half khakhra made at home from chapati on low flame don't eat outside homemade khakhra make yourself at home ask mom/daughter/ wife to make normal chapati just keep it more time on low flame and make khakhra
