He should be going to Moto GP with BMW

He is good enough for MotoGP, not good enough to make the difference on the Honda.

Big mistake going to Honda

If he makes the jump I hope he’s able to succeed. I love watching him in SBK GP is a different animal. And Honda is a poisoned apple at the moment.

From what I hear is the when he move to BMW in Wsbk he identified what’s wrong with BMW bike and have it fix. And he riding well now. I hope he also identified the problem with Honda and work with the bike and get it up to the winning way

They should have only think about moving to Honda in the 2027 regulations where everyone has to restart

He deserves to be in that paddock and while the Honda might not be the best bike, it will be a stepping stone possibly to better machinery. He definitely has nothing left to prove in the retirement home of wsb

Honda is not exact information. There are 3 offers as the 3rd racer: Ducati factory team, Yamaha and Honda factory team. The lowest bid probably came from Ducati. He is upset with Yamaha because they stopped trying after the championship and did not make a proper offer until they reached an agreement with BMW and constantly passed over him. But still Yamaha is a strong candidate. Honda is a total surprise. It could be very good or it could be very bad. Everyone who rides falls.

Toprak seems to be able to adapt himself or the bike, so he would make a useful MotoGP rider. But it is tough making the change. How many have been champion at both?

Lots of possibilities. I can see Toprak on a Pramac Yamaha for a couple seasons before going back to BMW when they enter the MotoGP arena in 2027. When he tested the Yamaha, not only did they not have decent tyres, but they didn't even bother to set the cockpit up with correct bars and pags - just adjusted them out some. Heck, when Simon Crafar rode the Ducati they spent a lot of time setting it up for him - and supplied decent tyres. Saying that, Toprak on a Honda could be one of the lowest pressure environments, perhaps even less pressure than on a GP24 at Gresini. However, the GP24 would be the bike I would want him on if I was his manager as they have so much data available.

Why the heck honda??? I thought bmw are joining MGP?

If its not a GP24 dont even try to join motogp.. or be part of BMW program to joining motogp and win 1st year!

Take a look how many riders from wsb has made it in moto gp and also consider his age I personally feel he should stay in wsb.old saying the grass is always greener on the other side until you get there.stay in wsb Toprak great racing bikes are very equal and nobody ready to stab you in the back

It's interesting that while he is a fantastic rider, he still could not beat the Ducatis until the rules changed and added weight to the Ducatis. Surely it's up to the manufacturers to develop their machines, not rule changes to even the field up, this is negative to the development process. The same is happening in Moto Gp, which in my opinion is closer and more exciting than ever. However the Japanese have failed to keep up with this, so in comes a rule change! Nobody worried when the only machines on the grid were Japanese and grid numbers dropped dramatically. Now we have multiple manufacturers competing, but the powers that be what to appease the Japanese. It all getting way to much like F1 with riders with big egos - Marc Marquez, it's and decisions made for a TV show and not about the sport.❤

He should of signed for factory yamaha or bmw should have kept him and entered moto gp

If he really wants to move to MotoGP okay that's fine, but I think it would be better if he just stayed in WSBK. WSBK will become boring if he's not there anymore, and then Ducati will just keep winning again.
