Joan Mir has expressed his displeasure with Honda's present bike configuration, calling it embarrassing for the group. Mir chastised the setup following a tough race, highlighting the riders' struggles as a result of their subpar performance.
Although its riders didn't receive certain anticipated upgrades at Barcelona last weekend, Honda has been quietly testing private versions of its problematic 2024 package.
While Mir and Luca Marini also raced with revised engines, Johann Zarco did so with a new aerodynamic package.

HONDA POWER 2 RATE RATIO. LIGHT AS U CAN MAKE A NEW BIKE. MAKE IT HANDLE & BALANCE LIKE A DREAM. WITH A NEW ENGINE LIKE A LIGHT WEIGHT SCREAMING HONDA REPSOL VTEC HONDA. I BELIEVE WHEN THIS IS ACHIEVED HONDA WILL BE ON TOP AGAIN. BUT BULIT IT ALL URSELF HONDA IN JAPAN.

It's about time they remove the go-cart track Valencia from the calendar too. Parking lot racing would be the same thing.

It is odd, Honda is a $130+ Billion company, but they can't seem to afford to build a good MotoGP bike even after years of domination? Not that Ducati isn't well funded also since they are owned by VW Group ($322B company). Honda left F1 in 2021 ... so what's going on with Honda?

Its alot to do with japan culture. Look at honda in f1, struggle 4 years then back out and their engine wins title. They have always struggled with hiring european emgineers above japanese, they hold way to much power in shame, and are seemingly incapable of changing their culture to win. W/o rbr would they have come back in f1? I doubt it. So in motogp unless they reach out and hire best ppl despite nationality or culture and work with them theyll continue floundering

Come on HONDA u developed vtec. I think the problem is the RC213V is 2 old with changes here & there but not changed alot since danni pedross days. I think they hav 2 design a whole new bike. It doesn't turn in corners its 2 big & bulky. When suzuki were racing there bikes turned in very well. Just lacked power thats all. Ducati battle 4 years now hav great moto gp bikes. Honda have 2 develop there own chassis dont rely on kalex. So more research & development honda. Make the bike smaller more compact new chassis honda develops & new engine tank parts etc as well 2 compliment a new honda chassis. Ducati has a triple cam in there engine. Honda u know how 2 bulit a faster better than Ducati,s & handling ur old honda cars with lsd in the gearbox & double wishbone suspension r brilliant. U can't look & copy Ducati . Its time honda mangement took notice. Because i love honda but atm ur stone cold dead in the water

Just go back to last known good configuration that was working even if you have to back date the chassis 5 years.

They had one! By the name of Danni Pedrosa, but they chose to listen to MM93 instead of Danni & now look at the mess they are in. And once MM93 completely messed the honda Motorcycle 🏍 totally up he bamboos. And leaves 🍃 honda to go to Gresini Ducati!! MM93 is my favorite rider but he did honda dirty. Do not forget before MM93 was they're honda had the best bike on the motogp grid ...

@@wIndstar47 100%!!!! Honda worse move is to get rid of Danny!!! He came third place on a wild card ride after Fabio got penalized. Should of kept him. Not Stefan Bradl.

@movistar7 So true! I'm not sure about this, but I feel the same is going on with Yamaha! But undoubtedly, wsbk yamaha is doing fine ( not good, but they are doing better than yamaha in motogp). This is where I get confused. Motogp is supposed to be better, right? Also, Valentino Rossi team VR46, this is where they need to be, .... with yamaha whether yamaha are up or down. Team VR46 should be with yamaha. This is where Valentino legacy is at.

They can talk all they want,but WHEN WILL HONDA ACKNOWLEDGE that they have to make a new GP bike from scratch because this one is taylor-made(literarly) and set up for Marquez only. Nobody,how ever talented,can beat Ducatis with this bike except Marquez. Again,message to Honda-make a totallly new Moto GP Honda and the results will come because the riders are very good.

He is paying for his rider seat. The sponsor he has is the company of his dad. So his family company is funding his stay. And as long as someone pays they don't really care who rides their bike especially if it's a customer team that has no real chance of winning a title.

It took 6 decades for the European brands to get close to the Japanese brands, and when they could not catch up, they just changed the rules to favour their brands like aero and other bullshit.
