The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
This 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
On February 28th, the Judge mandates that ALL attorneys must be present in court
Judge Craig DeThomasis is up to something and Jeremy soon finds out its bad news

Having been a juror once was eye opening for me. Our judicial system is absolute theatre! I sat there watching a bunch of actors from the judge to the procecutor to the defense putting on a show and justifying their professional existence. The bias is blatant in this Florida judges courtroom. He’s doing everything he can legally do to harm you and drain your finances.

Thank God you have the ability to go back to Ohio and get away from this craziness! It is the only thing that might save your sanity! Thank God there is an injunction against them in Ohio so they can't follow you back, but I would put up 101 cameras on your properties in Florida because those people are not smart enough to not try something. I totally agree with Jeremy. This judge has been favoured to the other party. He should be disqualified from the case he’s not doing his job properly. This is not how the law is supposed to work. I’m in Canada been watching this whole thing unfold. It is me to know that a judge can feel that he has that kind of power. He needs to be respectful and step down and put somebody that’s non-judgmental. In this case this is a serious allegations that Jeremy Halesis up against him. I’ll be doing the same thing.

Ive been watching you all for sometime. I watched when the storage facility staged the unit and the police where involved and you paid the money to your friend who lost money too. I respected that and watched ever since. But boy did it all get crazy after that. I commend you on yalls patience. I originally was watching the storage and treasure hunting videos. I also watch constitutional and law videos so when the Otter Creek situation started i was glued. I hope you can actually get legal justice soon.
