For anyone wondering, Avalon is the island of the dead from the story of king Arthur. It is the place where excalaber was forged and where Arthur went when he died. Its an island paradise, like heaven is supposed to be in a way. The way its being used in the song is sort of like saying find peace or balance, let go of past mistakes holding you back
So, now the day races from the twilight, how the fields are enveloped by the shade, And the story that you'll tell, inventory of your well, crack the shell, and find the mortar silted and decated. Pure poetry right there.
So true! I´m going through a huge depression right now and the first thing I did this early morning is listening to BR songs. Their lyrics hit the spot for me.
Don't post exclusionary shit in a public forum if you don't want those who you exclude to respond, THAT SIMPLE!! Especially considering this is one of my favorite songs for my favorite band.
Why does a supposedly all-powerful being need a special number? Sounds like arbitrary human patternicity. Plus, now the thumbs-up are far higher. Just sayin.'
No it wasn't. It may surprise you to learn that Mr. Graffin himself believes in God. Furthermore, you can't just write whatever you want and then expect (or borderline demand, as you do here) me to not talk back. THAT FUCKIN SIMPLE! Get your mind straight..
Uh he's a materialist. Call him a humanist (physical theorist) and I guess he's full of doubt, but he'll gladly have it out with you. He's a materialist. He ain't no deist. It's there for all to see, so don't "of hidden mysteries" with him.
Jixxy Trix dude if you say he believes in God, you are a fucking idiot. I'm sorry to be mean, but the fucking band is call bad religion for a reason. Have you even take listen to his songs? Like "God Song"? Very fucking clear he hates religion and I agree with him
He believes in God? Well, that makes "Anarchy Evolution: Faith, Science, and Bad Religion in a World Without God" a weird title for a book written by him.
