I haven't seen this in YEARS. Everyon in the theater was erupting in laughter every 3min when I saw this. John Ritter and Bernie Mac were both comedy gold, RIP. This is easily my favorite Billy Bob Thornton film. The 3 Bs😆
If you needed to make a case for a comedy worthy of an Oscar nomination, I would 100% pick this for consideration for original screenplay and lead actor, because this has a one of the sharpest scripts and best comedic performances I've experienced in a modern comedy. The dialogue that comes from Billy Bob's mouth is next level hilarious 😂
Im sure its been mentioned before, but John Ritter and Billy Bob Thornton both also starred in "Slingblade". One of the most underrated movies ever, so beautiful, so heartwarming, hilarious at times, yet deeply uncomfortable and disturbing at the same time. Unique masterpiece. Im sure Jay would love it!
Love the candy corn for the bleeps! 😂 “They can’t all be winners, kid.” is oft-quoted in my household ever since this movie came out. Great reaction. ♥️
Thank you for doing a reaction to this movie ( the unrated version). So many parts of the movie that in this version that is not in the theatrical version. Example the part where Willie and Marcus are training the kid in the boxing ring. The part where Willie is on vacation and in the strip bar. Those part I brought up are only is this version ( the unrated version) Also the lines on this version ( the unrated version) is better and funnier. I always look forward to all your reactions / posts. They are funny and entertaining.
The note that he gave to the kid to give to the police when he was sitting in the car with the hose in window is how the police got tipped off. Thurman did like he was told and gave the note to the police. Willie forgot about it or never told him not to .
One of the greatest, most heartwarming holiday films of all time. If you can look beyond the vile outer shell, it is one of the most profound no bs love stories ever told on film.
@@charles7836 the world is a shocking place, this is a comedy movie with dark humor, i'd say shielding kids from everything & anything negative about human behavior just makes them less prepared for when they are an adult.
One thing I really like about your reactions are you aren’t afraid to show the scenes with “triggering” language. Like a lot of channels skip the roast between little man and Bernie Mac when he calls him da Vinci because they’re afraid it’s insensitive. That roast is the funniest scene in the movie. Same thing when you did scary movie 2 and the handicap roasting each other
Yeah people often cut out the best jokes in Blazing Saddles reactions, too, which ironically just draws more attention to things and makes things seem actually bigoted, whereas letting the hilarious jokes rip neutralizes everything and it's just funny comedy. Comedy has to be all or nothing, in a sense.
I grew up in a post card looking little town. We always had a Christmas stroll, where the shops stayed open late on the weekend. They lined the streets with luminaires, had horse drawn carriages for hire, and old timey professional carolers walking around, it was beautiful. You could shop, and all the stores had free apple cider or hot chocolate.
I resisted watching this picture for years, because I tend to be traditional when it comes to Christmas. But I finally gave in and watched it about half a dozen years ago and have watched it every Christmas since! Love it! LOLOL
The pickle is a white people thing. The christmas pickle is a decoration that goes on the tree, you're supposed to hide it among the other decorations and the first person to see it pulls the man of the house aside and tells them and then they get an early christmas present (the secret the kids don't know is that everyone that sees it gets a prize and the adults pretend they don't ever see it)
I don't know how big your list is of movies to react to, but Violent Night with David Harbour is in my opinion the best Christmas movie - would be great to see your reaction to it before the holidays are over. So much to enjoy here - David Harbour as the real Santa, plenty of violence (of course), comedy, pulls at your heartstrings, and a lot of Christmas spirit. It actually makes you believe in Santa again.🎄
I don't understand Murda whistle is all ways talking about DETROIT and we didn't watch BARBARIAN yet I mean it's in DETROIT and it's a great great movie I know it made the polls but c'mon now let's getit 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Not related to the movie, but you can get Hawaiian shirts for Dogs. Lot's of different types and various sizes for various dogs. You can get hoodies for Dogs too, even rain coats.
Why did you NOT get out and buy a Santa Dress and a Santa Hat before the outro?? And then ask for girls that have "Santa issues" . You missed the perfect opportunity, man... Much Love❤
New member to the Chanel and and by far my favorite RU-vidr wish I can join your patron but money so tight right now between wife and kids and the rise of living keep it up makes my day watching your videos when feeling down..
😆😂🤣🤢🤮 Oh my damn I needed this today!! Damn sure glad I didn't watch this one at work! Hilariously, this was the first movie date for my wife and me when this came out and she laughed more at me crying laughing! I am so jealous at your reaction bruh! I wish EVERY time/year I watch this that it could be my first time. One of the funniest movies ever!!! That checkers scene kills me every time😆😂🤣
I love this movie. They cast Thurman so perfectly, but I do wish they had more scenes of Cloris Leachman as Granny. They under used her IMO. Actuallly, they cast all of the characters perfectly. Oh, and yes, they do make Hawaiian shirts for dogs! If you want to see another good movie where Billy Bob Thornton is funny as hell, you should watch the movie Bandits with him and Bruce Willis.
