No expert on seizures, been around people who have had Grand Mal's. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this and your mom is an extraordinary woman for her strength to deal with all your seizures! You're a strong lady to deal with this, I really hope the seizures subside and you can live as normal a life as possible!

Im so sorry for you to go thru this, my wife has had seizures since 1991. Its very hard to watch someone go thru these but ive managed to surpass it be there for her when they come.. Im a grown msn of 60 and i still cry everytime..

I believe that everything happens for a reason and maybe what you are doing by spreading awareness about epilepsy was what you were supposed to do. Its just so sad that you had to be dealt this hand in life. There is no way that this should've happened to you. Meaning that you weren't sick until the immunizations. That was so unfair that It happened to you. You are an incredibly strong young and beautiful lady. Your mom is spectacular and fabulous. The way that she takes care of you and handles your seizures is just amazing. I wish I had a mom like yours. Anyways sweetheart, stay strong and keep doing what you are doing. Hello I'm sorry that you're going through this I'm sorry that you have seizures I know how you feel I have like two to three different types of seizures I take gabapentin 600 mg twice a day and I also take Keppra twice a day my seizures get worse when it's hot or I'm stressed out really bad I am praying for a miracle for the both of us I love watching all your videos I love your dog too.

I was in a bad accident about a year and a half ago. I sustained some pretty significant brain damage and I was just recently diagnosed with epilepsy. While I’m obviously not happy about that, I do try to be thankful for the fact that I get auras before my seizures so I know that they’re coming and I’m able to get myself in a safe position. I also try to be thankful for the fact that I don’t remember the seizures. If they are going to happen, at the very least I don’t want to have any memory of them.

Man those seizures need to go away and stay away from you. Because sadly i lost my sweet heart because her seizures would not go away. And one got so bad that she ended up in a coma and then passed away the next morning.

I have seizures also but my medications keep me from having them. Do her meds not work?

Glad to hear that you're going longer between having seizures. Is this due to a certain medication or treatment? Our daughter has tried many, MANY treatments over the years. Nothing seemed to help much. Just recently, however, she's had a significant decrease in seizures. We think it's due to either her new diet, or her VNS, or both. She still has 1 or 2 tonic clonic seizures every day, but we're thankful that it's not the 7 or 8 that she had been having. I hope your seizures will continue to decrease!

Bless her! :(, I'm epileptic myself and it is so horrible to go through, do you know you have them? When I do I just feel like I'm waking up for a nap but all confused :(, the other week I had one while waiting for my 2 little ones in the preschool queue waiting for them which is scary because I could of had them with me while having a seizure 😭, so you have a epilepsy alarm? I've just ordered one, I am so scared of having a seizure when I am on my own, I normally have them 8 months apart and they last only 2 mins apparently, I hope you feel better xx

I use to have grand mal and petit mal seizures grew out of them and have been doing great ever since i hope u can get free of theas thing dr dont know what caused mine do u know what caused yours? much love to u. If u dont mind me asking how is your memory after u seez and how long to recover?
