Really good looking beads, definately a fashion statement for some. I make my own knots out of paracord like Celtic knots that function like a bead and the lanyards I use are more of the safety types. Thanks for the great vid Jerad and keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable
I just got two on Etsy. A Zombie Star Wars stormtrooper and an Army Gorilla (in helmet) chewing a ceegar. But the storm trooper on a TKell raider. TBD what I’ll put the gorilla on.
Been thinking about adding lanyards to my knives for years now but just haven't invested the time and material to do so. Might have to quit procrastinating and get it done. They're are some super cool beads and wrap options out there.
I put a lanyard on every knife I use. I wear gloves constantly at work and with a lot of knives having deep-carry clips, it's hard to pull the knife out with gloves on. Lanyards make it way easier to pull a knife out of the pocket when you're in a weird position, like when you're on a ladder, or laying on the ground. A lanyard is practical for me, a bead is a decoration. I like beads, but they're not a necessity. I type that knowing that I have a bunch of decorative beads coming in the mail...
@@NeevesKnives Some of those you linked I have already. I just bought a bunch on Etsy the other day, still waiting for them to arrive. I'm sure I'll probably grab some from your links
Got the same Titanium punisher skull (10 bucks) and a batman one pretty dope it got me into tying lanyard knots like the diamond knot I got on lock and snake knots are easy. Kings Crown knot is my favorite and the Mandala Knot is trippy with symmetry. Dope new cam bro!
I'm really glad to see your branching out into other aspects of this "hobby". Mic sounds great but please bump the volume up a little in adobe. At full (good phone) volume your at a comfortable volume. But not if there is abient noise your too quiet.
