Check out the campsites of Badin Lake campground. I explore each site so that you can easily pick the best campsite for your next trip. Make reservations at: www.recreation... Music: www.bensound.co...
Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to make and post this video. I live on the eastern side of NC and am about to embarq on several camping trips with my Kodiak Canvas truck tent. I look forward to checking out these campgrounds. We have a family camping trip planned for Morrow Mountain this Memorial day. Again, thank you.
What a great service you've provided with this video! I had the same issue with trying to pic out a site based on the small pic on the web site! Thanks so much for providing all this detail for fellow campers! Looks like the lower loop has the water views. We have a 26 ft camper. It looks like site 13 could accommodate us for a long weekend and we can easily do that without electricity or a noisy generator. Thanks so much!!
Great presentation Trey, Thanks. My wife and I plan on going there. Question, how are you panning the images? By hand or using a tripod? My videos are not that steady! Lol
Hi, awesome video! It looks like Site 1 has direct access to the lake in the video, but not on the map, do you recall if it has a path to the lake? Thanks!
Thanks for the video. We are looking at camping in Uwharrie National Forest this year. Haven’t decided between Badin Lake Campground and Arrowhead Campground.
Both are nice. Arrowhead has electricity hookups at some of the sites, but it farther from the water. I'm just guessing, but I would say Arrowhead is about 1/2 mile from the boat ramp.
Trey Ethridge thanks for the info. I think we may take the views of the water over the electric hookups. I was liking the first site you showed with the stairs down to the fire ring. It looks unique. You should try Cliffs of the Neuse State Park something. Campsite 2 is nice. We just did a review on it on our channel. Happy Adventures
I know you made this video 2.5 years ago, but do you happen to recall the layout of Site 5? It seems that the parking may be a significant distance from the site?
Thanks a lot! I just wanted to know if the roads were paved or not for my kids to ride their bikes. It looks like I'll have plenty of space now. Just the info I was looking for. On site 15 End of this week for my kids first trip.
They are hard packed gravel. I guess it depends on the ages of your kids. Little 20" BMX style bikes will do great there. If they have smaller bikes that need training wheels, then probably not as easy of a ride.
I only made a video for the individual camp sites. The group camping area appeared to be a large field with facilities. I've never camped in that area, but the groups that I have seen there were large groups.
You really should update the cover picture. I have been looking for a video like this but the main picture didnt make it look like it would be helpful. Possibly changing the title too
