It's not so bad when the audio channels match the position of people on the screen, but many of your videos, including this one, have people speaking from the channel opposite where they're standing in the video, which is very distracting. Try watching it with headphones and it'll drive you nuts. The fix is simple: mix the two mono microphones to a single mono track during editing, then lay it over the stereo ambient sound or music in the video clip.
