I can hear the difference now, just by doing the twist in the wrist I can hear the swish from the racket is faster (higher pitched) than not doing the wrist action suggested by Coach 👏🏼👍🏼👏🏼

Now i realised that why i dont get much power in my smashes. Its because i use too much of my shoulder and then drop the shoulder in the end and eventually my whole body and i dont use my wrist power the right way. And yes, i have to break this habit of mine by Practice Practice and Practice. Thanks for this video. I love it. ❤️
That's why some skinny looking players can smash with such a power shot and some look muscular but could not smash well. Momentum built with swing. And the need of proper hitting on the shuttle head to press down Thanks coach!

저는 이렇게 치고 있습니다. 손목을 약간 비틀면서 빨래 짜듯이 타점에 맞게 면을 만들어 손목을 씁니다. 저도 초보입니다만... 이걸 가르쳐주는 사람이 별로 없더라구요. 레슨을 받고 있는중이지만요. 제 가족들도 이걸 가르쳐 주기전까지 이스턴 그립에서 약간 비틀어 잡더군요. 전 이스턴을 고집하다가 이렇게 치고 있습니다.

I have been following the videos of coach Han and they are really very good. This particular Smash basics, I put it to practice, previously I was smashing very wrong. But after I started following the instructions, I am getting my smash correctly, but then I have started having forearm pain, is it normal as I am adapting to the correct technique and eventually the pain would fade away, please advise.
What is the right technique? Is this an ideal swing? Is the swing right for your body? Why do professional athletes with ideal movements get injured? It is your responsibility to know your body and take care to avoid injury. No one can do this for you. However, my recommendation is to repeat the training slowly and lightly. You can do the stronger ones later.
How can I improve my smash strength? Which part of the body generate the most strength and what kind of body training should I do to increase it? Thank you for the help!
thank you coach for this informative video. i just realised that I've been pulling the racket the wrong way all this time. i always wonder why I don't consistently hit my smash, its either out to the back or hit the net

Would you please indicate correct & incorrect in all demonstration; you have done so but not all. Thank you very much.

Сколько нужно выполнить однотипных ударов по волану в одно занятие, для усовершенствования техники удара? Можно ли переходить на следующее занятие к другому типу ударов? можно ли за время тренировки 1,5 часа в день, два раза в неделю поставить удары?
Разве это не индивидуально для каждого человека? Профессиональные спортсмены тренируются по 8 часов в день. Любители делают около 2-3 часов. Однако и здесь будут индивидуальные различия.
@@full-swing спасибо за ответ на мои вопросы. Я так понимаю заключительное движение это кистевое, именно оно и определяет резкость удара. Можно ли как то в возрасте 40-50 лет укрепить кистевые связки, какие упражнения можете посоветовать?

뒤로 누워있는 라켓헤드를 앞으로 당겨오는 겁니다. 손목보다는 손가락힘으로 하는 게 좋고요, 손목은 강제로 꺾지 않아도 힘을 빼면 조금은 꺾입니다. 오히려 버티면 아프지요 ㅎㅎ 상급자가되면 빠른 스윙을 위해 팔로우 스루를 줄입니다. 이 정도 돼야 악력으로 라켓에 브레이크를 거는 거죠. 그 전까지 우리는 힘빼고 풀스윙~ (풀파워 아닙니다)
