This is very high quality match. But 2012 All England final, 2020 All England final, and 2014 WC final were out of this world and the most thrilling match of all time.
It’s nice to see LYD and FH in the “leader” role now. With their old partners, they could only “support” the play. Don’t get me wrong, they were fantastic. But now that they can call the shots, you can really see their tactics & strategies. I think LYD couldn’t be paired with Shin Baek Choel because neither would be willing to give up leadership. They are both great, but they would probably clash often. That’s why Shin often argued with Chae Yoo Jung in their short partnership.
I lost my word for zhang nan, even after his injury in XD he can play this good...just amazing... I bet if he pairing with younger and peak FHF this pair will be even better than FHF/CY...this pair much more entertaining to watch IMO.
Some professional players do that because that's how they show their passion and motivation on the court. It doesn't always mean that when players do that, they do that to taunt or intimidate it's just the way it is for them.
Is it just me, or Fu's left arm is like WAY more masculine than his right arm? Obviously it's his stronger arm and all, but I don't know if it's the lighting in the room or what, but it looks like there's such a big difference...

You don't need to be a professional badminton player to have disproportionate big arm in your racket hand. My right arm is noticeably bigger than my left and I am only an amateur player. No it's not because of 'that'.
Benedict Solpico He have slow smash when we compare with the top level players. But Lee have the best net play in the world no one can compare with him. Thats why that korean pair keep world ranking 1 2014 to until both of them retired

i realized it too. But i watch another video he and jung jae sung vs FHF and Cai yun in all england 2012 final, his smash appeared same as fast as others as well. it got me thinkin tho, is it just this match or is the sound of the video idk man
He's actually has quite a good smash, it's just that Fu Hai Feng and Yoo Yeon Seong are extraordinary smashers. So normally each team should has a control player (Zhang & Lee or Cai Yun in the past) and a power player (Fu & Yoo or JJS in the past)
watching this match I keep thinking...why the hell did fu/zhang keep playing their shot at fast pace all the time ? should change the pace more, ahsan/hendra are the master of it.
