He will always try to improve himself and never let himself be swayed by his achievements. Seriously he is an amazing artist and an inspiration for many people. Ps. He did vocal training not only on his free time but also when he’s promoting. He actually went to vocal training when Candy was released and he just did promotion. He diligently train himself when he’s not promoting too. He is hardworking indeed. His efforts are beyond hard working if I must say.

And you can feel it in their music. Whenever you listen to EXO songs you just automatically feel happy. I just really like listening to him talk, his voice is so pleasant. As other people noted in the comments, he seems confident but not arrogant. I haven't even met a lot of people like this in real life, he just knows his strengths and weaknesses, and has no problems praising himself or admitting faults. That is just something naturally attractive, as in, it makes me want to become a person like that too. Truly, what an absolute delight he is.

By looking at him closely in this interview, now I can tell what's that factor that makes him so appealing, and it is the fact that he stares directly at other people's eyes and pays really close attention to them at all times while they're speaking. It makes him comfortable to be around and attentive. Also, he smiles almost all the time, which makes him seem a happy and positive person. Though I thought I already knew him well, I've come to realise this about him through this interview. Loved the interview, you don't really get this kind of intimate talks with your favorite idols, so knowing that there will be a second part to this, feels like a blessing~~ thank you very much for your great work!

Idk but watching almost all of Stacy's interview with SM artists made me really praise her. She's the type to really research well on meaningful things related to the artists, genuinely curious when asking questions. She establishes good transition and even some of the simple questions, she turns it into a more interesting query which makes the interviewees give more answers and just be comfortable in telling what they truly feel. I hope there a are a lot more of her in the entertainment industry. Never let go of her iHeartRadio! Anyways I am so proud of my mans being able to grow so much as an artist and just being confident at everything he does. You are doing well Baekhyunah! I loved this interview everything about it's perfect because the interviewer actually asks good questions and baekhyun can express his true self and his true feelings and that it's something we don't see often and also she listens to him and makes him feel comfortable which it's one of the main things this is so good.
