I ran an all blight team of PD, GR, Flage and MaA. Now you might be thinking MaA can't blight well Sickening Silence fixed that right up. The new Focused Fault wrecked this team because I had to learn it all over again.
By Okran Baer! I'm sure you've head this plenty of times already. But you're looking fantastic! I maybe just a stranger on the internet. But I'm proud that you're doing well :) Keep it up laddie!
@ Baer 1:13:48 You're thinking of the Super Soaker Hydro Cannon. My brother had one. Sadly, I couldn't get one because they discontinued it or pulled it from shelves before I could, because you could over pump the fuck out of it and actually hurt people
I've spend a number of hours trying to find a good fit for Occultist where he can do a lot of damage and not get 2 shot. In my opinion Aspirant is the best path due to his survivability, played in rank 3, and while it's good to have stab on your bar it's best to play him as a ranged damage dealer. Warlock it's far too fragile to play & the UP at the start of the turn is usually wasted anyway. Even though Aspirant does 25% less ranged damage it's a reasonable trade off given how much more sturdy he is.
I think that stun helped a lot with death, when death goes into the back rank the ”fun” begins, i.e. The stressparty…in my two death encounters I have had to spend the rest of the zone fighting stress
Yeah, Bear has been meeting Death at pretty optimal times, which is why it's so easy to him. Just wait till he runs into it after a thorough ass beating and being down a hero or two at high stress and low health.
The Venomdrop gets +2 Blight when Stealthed, which is not worth it. Wasting one out of three turns and delaying your damage (which was already delayed from the -3 Speed penalty) to maybe break even in damage eventually is just terrible. There is that one trinket that gives her a good chance to Stealth and apply Combo if she spams Flashing Daggers from Rank 4. Flashing Daggers is the Venomdrop's best move by far so that could be decent. But that same trinket makes her take 75% more damage if she's not Stealthed, and the Grave Robber has very low max HP, so it's probably not worth the risk. Devs just don't like this path, I guess. It happens.
Shadowfadeing to apply stealth might not be worth it, but having the 2x stealth combat item is. If you also manage to get his rings, the "apply on crit: Blight 2" also gets that plus 2 so a total of +4 on the path.
@@josh___something Both Stealth paths can be great if you just find the right trinkets or items. With a Nightsworn, the Silent Treatment is almost obscene, you usually don't have to waste turns Stealthing, you always deal +50% damage, and always have +50% chance to crit.
Pinch Me, Barenaked Ladies: ... Put the sprinkler on the lawn And run through with my gym shorts on Take a drink right from the hose And change into some drier clothes ... Drinking hose water is common enough to make it into song lyrics 😁
At 1:39:00 , you can see Baer's complete lost his faith in the younger generation. I didn't even know they made Kids Bop anymore, and then just out of nowhere, "There's a Kids Bop version of WAP". I'd rather deal with a eldritch horror then continue to imagine what kids' music will look like in the future.
@@imblueman9201 eh, it's good if you unlock it first and you're on a run where you just unlocked a good blue trinket and thus have it guaranteed. But under normal run parameters it's very speculative. Yes, you'll get a blue trinket at the end of each region, but not necessarily a good one and at the time you lock in your pet, you have no idea what trinkets you'll get. It's definitely not bad and there are pets that I would take it over most runs, but there are others that I would take over it most runs.
