Great Video! The cover you are struggling with at 6:20 where you took the "polygrip". It has two holes there for M4 screw. You can just screw in two new screws there and it will pop out. It was very difficult on my unit until I noticed that :)
Congrats on the channel! very didactic! I would like to ask a question if it is possible to upgrade the BBS01 250W36V to the BBS02 500W36V by changing the controller and the motor core. As far as I could see, it seems to me, all the pieces are the same, with the exception of these two which are the main ones. If this is possible, for me it would be worth buying these two parts rather than another complete engine. Thank you in advance for your attention and also for the great help and contribution to all ebike lovers. Greetings!
Should slow down there a bit.... don't know if you're on a timeline but I just lost half my parts trying to keep up, jkjk. Not bad vid other than that. Thanks much.
5 small bolts holding the sprocket were broken off and had to drill them out. Make sure to buy real quality steel as else they brake again. Suggest slightly thicker bolts.
@@dickkrabbendam8185 I've replaced the ring bearings a few times. The adjustment is important, not too tight. It is difficult to properly tighten the two screw rings. They do want to run loose, then there will be play on the cranks. It's been going well for a long time now. The ring bearings are hard to buy. I bought 4 sets at the same time.
