In this video, we will talk about the Bafang error code 08. This hall sensor error can have several causes: White connector (hall sensor connector) between controller and stator is not firmly connected, a small layer of oxidation has settled on their contacts, faulty hall sensor board, faulty stator or controller. If it is neither of the first 2 points, then a second controller or stator is advantageous (exclusion procedure).

Vielen Dank, das hat mir geholfen. Ich habe sogar den Motor nicht abgebaut, sondern nur das Ritzel und die Abdeckung der Zahnräder entfernt, dann die Hauptabdeckung des Steuerblocks.

Hallo, ich hab diesen Fehler auch bei einem AEG Eco-Drive 250W, was ja nichts anderes ist. Der Motor startet mit einer "Error 08" Meldung und setzt dann irgendwann doch wieder ein zum Unterstützen. Geht dann mal an und wieder aus oder läuft nach längerer Zeit dann sogar dauerhaft gut. Am nächsten Tag läuft er dann vielleicht sogar problemlos, es ist immer wieder überraschend. Fahrleistung ist mittlerweile fast 7.000 Kilometer. Es wäre nett, wenn der Antrieb mal zuverlässig wäre. Ansonsten top Motor, leise und kraftvoll. Viele Grüße und danke für das Video

Hi, same issue on me but with M400 series. Issue apears not whole the time but ocasionally. I cant find pattern. Sometimes its from start, sometimes during ride, it can disaper also during ride. Connector broken or something else ? Anyone ?

I have the same issue...my bike just got back from repair yesterday and today again the same error appeared..

@@yoongistongue4163 what they repaired ? Did they replaced controller ? I re- connected all cables but they were tight so it wasnt it. Now option is to replace controller but do controller might show E08 time to time only not whole time?

@@franiusTUBE they haven't told me... but whatever they did obviously didn't work since the issue still remains... I'll be searching for other solutions, if I'll find out something I'll let you know

We have two e-bikes with this error on service, pretty hard to repair because you don't even know if it's fixed :P I'll tell you what was wrong after done.

Hello, I have a serious issue with this error - my bike is still on warranty so I sent them for repair. It came back yesterday, yet the error still shows up. Idk what to do anymore....

Hallo, bei mir erscheint der Fehlercode 08 nach ca 1 km Fahrt. Vorher läuft der Motor ohne Einschränkungen. Woran könnte das liegen ?

Update: Habe heute die Platine nachgelötet (Hall-Sensoren) und alle Steckverbindungen überprüft. Das Gefährt fuhr sofort wieder und es wurde auch kein Error 08 mehr angezeigt. Vielleicht geht es jetzt gut.

Austausch Platine hat funktioniert? Ich habe gleiche Problem. Controller und Sttato getauscht und keine Unterstützung von Motor

@@gerhard5733 Erst ja, jetzt wieder das gleiche Problem. Ich hatte zwischenzeitlich auch den Tretlagersensor ausgetauscht. Tretunterstützung ist einfach während der Fahrt ausgegangen. Motor funktioniert aber mit der Schiebehilfe. Hab im Moment keine Ahnung, woran es liegen könnte.

Ist möglich das nur Platine mit hallsensor ist kaputt? Ich habe Controller und sttato getauscht und habe immer noch keine Unterstützung des Motor habe.
