I had a knee injury and haven’t played basketball for a year. My knee broke so 6 months was bed rest and 3 months I wan not able to play and now COVID. Please make a video of drills to do if you haven’t played basketball in a while Agree 👇
For the Luka / Harden stepbacks, search "Chris Paul demonstrates step out move." I don't really think Harden really started using the stepbacks until Chris Paul got to Houston, so I think he learned the move from him. For the step back I would recommend stepping back at an angle and not straight back.
Hey Coach Colin....can you make a video of how to stop shooting from the opposite side of your head or how to shoot a free-throw and an NBA three the same way....I really have that problem
I know I'm commenting late but you don't want to master stuff like that. Those moves are mostly flashy and really will only help you get 2 more points in a whole season if you're lucky. Just focus on making the layups and don't do anything too flashy, although if you have a big lead you can try and do something a bit flashy if you can make it
Pls help me coach. I have my feets tilted outwards and i dont shoot comfortable, do you have any suggestion? I need your help pls, im left handed shooter
@shotmechanics. No hate or something like that, but in a few vids you said your mechaniccourse was completely free, but it isnt, still loving your vids though
