In this vlog, you'll see our journey from #Bagdogra, #WestBengal to #Gangtok in #Sikkim.
While exploring cheap options, we got to know that there are a lot of shared taxis readily available from Bagdogra Airport, Bus stand etc. to Gangtok and it serves as the easiest travel option for most of the tourists.
However, it's not the cheapest one as many times you have to bargain for prices(during peak season) or you may run out seat availability issues.
We'll help you plan your travel in the cheapest possible way and show, what turned out to be the most economical one way travel option from Bagdogra to Gangtok.

Wow Sikkim, it's that Sikkim about which we have read in books that, in 1975 , as independent country Sikkim joined India as a 22 State. Would that we Pakistani too visit it😊🙏🇵🇰🇮🇳

Bus and cab, both are good. I feel bus is much safer if you want to travel with more people

@@brisa_de_montanha Try Wizzride for shared cab or cheaper ones you will get near SNT bus stand. Any auto or cab can take you to taxi stand. For Gangtok sight seeing, you will find a lot of cabs there, I am not sure if they have any shared cabs for Gangtok.

You can go but North Sikkim may not be accessible. There will be heavy snowfall. Check with the drivers, I have shared the numbers

I didnt see scooty bookings honestly but I saw some websites offering scooty and bikes. The website mentioned on the counter was SNTonline.sikkim.gov.in

It was approximately 5 hours… As this bus has multiple stop overs on the way, you should plan accordingly

Hello Di, Hope you and your family are doing well. We (2 pax) are planning to visit sikkim and Darjeeling in the last week of November (current year). Want your suggestions - should we book our trip through a travel agent in advance or we can get things after arriving there also in an easy way without any hassle ? Kindly suggest

You can plan your own travel also and just book the cab in advance as dec is peak season. Cab drivers help u in arranging permits and hotels etc u can book urself which will be cheaper and convenient. Also, you can speak to Kaushal(details given in description), he might club u with other couples and u can save on cab as well.
