The fully automatic #weighing, #filling, #closing and #palletising system consisting of two Form, Fill and Seal baggers and two High Level palletisers, was custom built for ZOUTMAN's impressive new production facility in Ghent, Belgium.

The system forms bags from a prefabricated PE tubular film and fills them reliably and gently. After filling, the bags are sealed. After closing, the bags are safely and reliably stacked on a pallet for transportation.
The machine is designed for a speed up to 1,600 bags per hour each line.
