In response to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s call for a whole-of-government approach towards a ‘Bagong Pilipinas,’ the Department of Justice (DOJ) hosts the ‘Bagong Pilipinas DOJ Town Hall’ at the Dasmariñas Arena in Dasmariñas, Cavite on July 4, 2024.
The event features an informative presentation on the DOJ’s recent achievements, milestones and ongoing reforms that align with the Administration’s transformative agenda of serving the Filipino people.
Complementing this occasion, the DOJ spearheads a ‘Katarungan Caravan’ showcasing various government services to the public, such as legal aid provided by the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO); Tourist Online Visa Application, public information assistance, E-Services Assistance, Complaint Desk and Legal Assistance by the Bureau of Immigration (BOI); Help Desk and E-Serbisyo by the Land Registration Authority (LRA); clearance services from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI); and legal counseling, simple affidavit drafting and complaint referrals by the DOJ Action Center.
