In the heart of Edinburgh, in the district of Leith, there is a unique place that takes us back in time. William Sinclair & Son, one of the last existing companies in Scotland producing bagpipes, opens the doors of their workshop where tradition meets craftsmanship.
For nearly 100 years, this family business has been nurturing old methods and tools to create instruments that have become a symbol of Scottish culture. The process of making bagpipes is long and arduous, requiring extensive knowledge, patience, and precision.
