Thank you for sharing this video. I too am on a mission to promote Indian handicrafts in our country. I believe that the artisans deserve much more for the amount of effort they put in. I really wish people realize how rich our country is in terms of talent.
@@sandhyaviswanathan118 everyone should do how much they can to promote handlooms. Please share my video to spread a lil awareness. Im working on more such informative videos.

I'm a research student. Your documentary is so detailed and helpful but your commentary and voice is so unclear and the music is really irritating. Kindly use mikes for recording voice. And kindly keep the music on low volume if it's so important for you. I guess your work is more important. Thank you so much 😊🙏🏼
So grateful to you for the effort you put in to make this video ...i just love our natural dyeing process .. What these artisans create is just pure love .we should encourage by wearing ethinic beautiful fabric😊
Thank you for sharing this. I plan to visit this place in the near future, glad to know that the daughter can speak english from your information. Thanks again.
Very informative, wish there was no background music( not able to hear what they speak). But you have taken so much effort in doing this video...wonderful
This video is also very informative. I would say due to speaking of only local language, these art forms are not popular. Without middle man to encourage these artisans, they have to learn to speak some English. They don't know to speak more than yes / no. I tried talking to Mr. chandra , regarding kalamkari sarees and he sent 15 pictures didn't know much of english. I don't know telugu. In order for your efforts work, they have to come out of their nutshell.
I agree with you about the language. That is one of the reasons they agree with middlemen. We as the consumers need to help them out with their business/ language and help ourselves from the middlemen. Mr.Chandra can not speak English but his daughter manages to talk in English. These families live in small towns where there is no much exposure to different languages. When it comes to the Chhipa family, Dinesh is a fashion designer. He can very well converse in English. I am really happy that you are making efforts to understand the craft through my videos and contacting the artisan. That means a lot to me 🤗
Please don't forget to provide mos of sellers who have govt certificate in particular field I recently purchased kasavu saree online from Kerala nd kasavu dhoti for me the cloth I got is like mulmul there is also so much for u to cover in South India also
I'm so happy to know that you like my video 😃 Sorry about the sound. I tried my best to avoid it while editing. I couldn't do much. I'll check if I can try something now. Thank you for liking the video. Yes, they have sarees. When I was there I bought one silk saree for my mother-in-law. She loved it 😊 You can contact them and ask for product pictures
I went to Bagru near Jaipur to create this video. They conduct workshops to teach this craft. If you are interested to do the travel, you can talk to them regarding this. Numbers are in the description of the video 😃
