One small tip you can place aluminum foil under the burners by making holes and placing foil under all 4 burners . U can change foil once or twice a week . 😃
I want to share a tip with you Divya di my mummy sometimes boil baingan in pressure cooker when she is in hurry, boiled baingan bharta also tasty so yumm and rest of the procedure is same as yours, you should also try it someday. 🥰

One tip , always spread aluminium foil under your gas flame metal. And change it every 3 to 4 days. Cleaning gas will be easy. You cook with so much love, it is very endearing
