It is awesome to learn another concept that permeates our daily life but never gets as much attention - the "dilutive effect" dynamics

Great advice! Fit is most of the times been put aside because candidates does not think it is important and this episode not only shows that but shows that fit is in every step of the recruiting process. Thanks for sharing it

Glad it was helpful. Ignoring FIT is one of the most common mistakes we see

Agree to this universal advice! ...Reminds me of Dale Carnegie principles of How to Win Friends and Influence People.

The insights Michael provides in this episode are applicable to allindustries and sectors, and worth a listen to anyone wanting to understand the softer side of interviewing by organizations. Small things do matter!

I completely agree with you! He said something that struck as versatile: "Most important thing in an interview is to make it the most wonderful experience for the interviewer." And that is basically how life works! People only want to work with/marry/be friends with only those who bring them wonderful experiences! What do you think?

This makes sense, but how do you make someone want to work with you? Especially from an interviewee perspective. I'm sure being nice, smiling etc all applies here, and everyone knows it. But is there something I'm missing/non obvious about this?
