Thank you Nisha Madhulikaji for this simple but tasty,healthy and not much time taking Brinjal-Potatoes'-Dish.I steamed brinjals frist with little salt and turmeric powder and as it became tender, I kept it aside and followed your method of preparing potatoes,step by step,mixing finally brinjals,garam-masala after sprinkling mango-dry-powder and before offering it with hot rice,to my Lord,I mixed greens on it. REGARDS.
