BAIGAN KA BHARTA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS & DIRECTIONS
1. 2 medium size Baigan (Eggplant)
2. Grill them to cook evenly for 10 minutes approx.
3. After Grilling, Peel the skin off.
4. Heat the pan and add Oil.
5. Add 1 medium size sliced Onion (Piyaaz)
6. Saute for 2-3 minutes to turn to translucent
7. Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Zeera)
8. Add 1 medium size chopped Tomatoe
9. Add 1 tsp Salt (Namak)
10. Add 1 tsp red Chilli powder (Laal Mirch)
11. Add 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi)
12. Saute for 2-3 minutes
13. Add Mashed Baigan (Eggplant)
14. Cook for 5 minutes
15. Add Few Chopped Grreen Chillies
16. Add Coriander Leaves
17. Baigan ka Bharta is Ready!
