Glad it was beneficial. It's been my main bag since picking it up, especially with the amount of plastics I bring with. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Tight lines!
Awesome review, I was on the fence about buying one of these to split up my plastics (currently i have them in bulky bass mafia money bags). Any idea on how Keitech swimbait packages would fit in here? I think i am sold on buying one of these regardless!
Pretty sure it will just fit. Shoot me a message on instagram and I can send you back some pics with measurements for ya. instagram.com/thekansasangler/
@@TheSpeedofTim thanks for the offer but i actually don’t have any social media! I’m gonna shoot from the hip here. Looks like they’re gonna fit-I’ll report back ! You got a subscriber in me now!
So I live in South Carolina. Do you know what would the heat do if I’m on the boat and it’s 100 degrees out with the sun directly on me and my soft plastics are stored in the bag and that’s it?
That's a very specific question. Most plastics use plastisol, which has a melting point around 325 degrees. I wouldnt worry about any melting with this or other cases. I would assume this tackle bag would be cooler than traditional tackle boxes due to the fabric use and air flow as well. Personally, I've had this bag and my tackle out in similar heat in kansas with no issues. Do get an umbrella for yourself though, it's a game changer (especially on a kayak)
@@TheSpeedofTim nice man!! That’s good info. Sorry to be so specific. I had a bunch of megabass 110s and lucky craft lures expand on me when they were out in the sun in a plano box and it made my heart sink to my feet. I want to protect my zman investments and this seems like the perfect solution. Thanks again for the info.
Hye Curly - yes, it is waterproof. I'm sure it would float for a while if landed in the water, but I haven't tested that myself (may give it a try in the spring).
