3:36 yep, that's me right there. I saw the toolbox, stayed close to it, but didn't take it. My teammate, on the other hand, stepped on the trap and killed us (randoms, btw). The other went to res and you got him. Ngl I was kinda pissed for a second, then I realized the strat , saw your name on spectate and laughed lol
@@siegfriedmordrake3229 Suspicious player "there is a piece of candy laying out in the middle of nowhere....suspicious." Random teammate "OH A PIECE OF CANDY!"
You are by far one of my favorite Hunt creators. It looks like you're having fun with the game and coming up with random shit to mess with the game, trying tactics that shouldn't work, etc. Thanks for representing us goofs in this sweaty, sweaty game.
Loved it. Only suggestion I'd say is you should loot it once to make it look less sus and more like someone used it for utility. Keep up the good content!
@@horridfuture3835Yeah actually. Hunt Showdown is like the only good cowboy fps out there, and it comes with an awesome otherwordly monster twist. Kinda find it boring when I encounter people playing it like call of duty. I think people should play however they want, but at this point I wish someone would accept my request for a duel. Even my friends play with mics off on the off chance someone could distract them. That ain't the kinda attitude I want for my cowboy aesthetic.
@@Ludicrous_Speedwayhow are you playing call of duty with single action revolvers lol. Or is that just your blanket term for people trying to kill other players ?
I saw a toolbox next to extract. ran right at it. my friend told me WAIT right as i hit the traps. he died to a sniper. He then told me he had watched a video about this kind of bait literally 45 minutes ago. I fell for this like a chump.
I love your ideas in HUNT. Its always amazing to watch your videos. They are really one of a kind. Nobody makes this special content. I love it, make more, i cant get enough.
I already don't trust supply points, now I can't even trust a tool box now? What next? Medkits? (If you want another idea, put kill traps at the top of the ladder in the small towers you snipe from, if they down you and don't throw explosives or fire, it will get them pretty effectively. Once I got 2 at the same time climbing the ladder.)
I don't normally comment on videos. Just watch and move on. But I have to say, some of the things you do in game are just hilarious. I've watched many of your videos and they are just too funny. I've actually used a couple of your ideas. Yeah, I've done the dead in the boss lair thing. Those folks were mighty unhappy. Thanks for all the laughs.
You symbolize everything i hate in this game, but honnestly, i'm waiting for all your videos. It was hard at the beginning tonwatch your videos, but with my friends, we are fans of your work. Thanks man !!!
Do you know about the various trees around the maps you can climb? Like the big one in the field outside salters pork, or the tree at lockbay next to the white picket fence. I like to climb them and then bait people to me using decoys and chaos bombs.
Getting killed like that burns itself so hard into your memory. Some lunatic mined the complete center supply point and I stepped into like four killing traps until I died, had to think about you.
I love you Sayler. Unfortunately I am 65 on my prestige bu at the moment i'll be 100, i'll spend so luch time to reproduce more often your videos, just for fun ha ha
I do remember a case when I wiped almost the entire server, went to the extraction on the bottom corner of the map on Hemlock & Hide. And when coming closer to the extract, I noticed... One, single toolbox. In the middle of the road. Right in front of the stagecoach. Though it was looted, I immediately thought about you (you are not even playing on EU servers...), scanned like three times and slowly approached the extract awaiting for any Sayler moment possible xD
I feel like I'm summoning your videos with my thoughts now lol. I was thinking today that "this feels like a day Sayler would upload" and there you go lol
Out of curiosity, was it a death to extract traps that inspired you to do all this? Because I've been doing this for a long time in high elo and am curious if I've inspired people over the years.
I have also been extract trapping for years, I have like 10 videos of it, I but have never once seen someone else doing it. The toolbox trick is just a natural progression I think. Anyone who extract traps long enough has probably thought of this.
I have thought about that a lot, but it’s difficult to find a spot where you can easily contain a whole team. Also getting them inside is a challenge. Maybe one day I will come up with something.
Some say it's unfair, it's trash, and other unkind things. I say there's a perk that would entirely defeat this tactic that people never bother to take.
I've had to uninstall Hunt after thousands of hours of addiction. I still absolutely love the game and watching your videos give me the fun I need without risking getting sucked back into it. Thanks for all your efforts and laughs.
I've never seen a a toolbox in any of the locations you put them. I've never seen a toolbox on any of the boxes or hay bales around extractions. The one on the boat at extraction is especially out of place, though I guess people might just assume some player put it there, and for some god unknown reason didn't immediately loot it. I'd be incredibly suspicious of all of those, personally. The traps at extract are something I've been looking out for for a long time, since I've had a few run-ins with bush-wookies who like to trap the extract and sit 200m waiting to shoot you and your teammates after someone dies to a death trap. My ultimate wish is that traps are removed out-right, but I know that's never going to happen.
I guess most of the time you are playing as solo. So that's because you are care about things like toolbox spots. But the rest who in common playing with friends have less big perspective about gameplay, and these small things
I've probably played two dozen solo matches total, outside of Soul Survivor. The vast majority of my games are pre-made trios. My experience in life tells me that I retain more information than the average person, but not thinking about this kind of thing still seems a bit absurd. Maybe I just expect too much from people.@@TheSmile3000
