Eric I have watched your vids and they were very informative I also today got on your website and bought the Baja. it looks like a good bike for me I'm 6 2 250 pounds and want to get healthy. all the other competitor vids had people in the bikes that weighed 100 pounds. you are tall more like what to be a comparison. it just clicked thank you

Doug Gracey it seems mostly assembled..per Amazon reply I got: _You will need to attach the front wheel which is already assembled. Attach the pedals, seat post, handlebars and rear rack. Instructions and tools will be included but we recommend having a bike shop assemble it if you are not familiar with bike assembly._
