I literally bought a Raptor right after watching this video. I mean, I was sitting in the car dealer waiting on paperwork to buy it, but I finished watching this as the finance person called me in.
Being born in Baja and raised in California (SD), I can tell you , no other Mexican State is like Baja. Baja is a blend between Mexico and the U.S. Let alone it's such a beautiful and diverse place .
Only if I could afford to get a Raptor. One of those things I’d never be able to get. But a video like this is good enough to see how other people can enjoy life. Appreciate sharing such a great journey to folks like me.

This is one of the best videos I’ve seen. What an awesome idea. The people are what I like best. I would love to tag along but I have a Tundra TRDPRO with king racing suspension, cam burg kinetic UCA’s, deavers leaf springs and so on. Not sure I would fit in but if I did I would be happy to be called “the red headed step child. Curious how everyone got their raptors from Texas. Also curious how long the TRR takes once on site.
There was a Tacoma and a Four Runner with us that is part of the support team. Everybody on this trip shipped their Raptor out to San Diego. I was the only one that drove out there from Missouri and luckily drove back.
Considering the Tacoma has finished the Baja1000 numerous times in the stock class since 2010 and the Raptor only managed to finish once in 2017 I'd say you're better off hanging onto the Taco.

@@hotrod7603 And yet still has baja wins to its name where the first Gen Raptor failed. I just buy the truck that does best. Suffice to say the Raptor never finished but the Tacoma did. I guess the baja is a Toyota fanboy too? Also a H1 fanboy since that finished as well. Also a landcruiser fanboy since a private team finished ahead of the Raptor factory team when they finished in the Gen 2. All of them are fanboys because you said so.

jabroni6199 go on their instagram (expedition off-road. You have to be in the club to go on runs in the states, but the Baja, you just pay. I think it’s like 2,025 5 days of bad ass trails. Reserve like a year ahead. I will try for next year.
