There is a stock called Latentview , it was listed in 2021 november on price of 214, and in few days it touched the price of 700/- and then game happen... Stock fall.. And till today that 700/- price didnt come.. .. Jo waha fass gye woh abhi tak stuck hain... So Bajaj housing ko khareed te time eska dhyaan zaroor rakhein... Second attempt - Hello Basantji, You say that sectors that are impacted by interest rates are cyclical; in that case, can we say banking and NBFC stocks are also cyclical? I generally don't like Indian banks and don't have any in my portfolio. I never liked PSU banks and never had them in my portfolio. I used to have HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank, but after COVID recovery, I came out from those two banks, too. I only have Bajaj Finance, and I like that stock in NBFC. I don't like insurance stocks. I like Aditya Birla Money, Motilal Oswal, Share India, and IIFL Sec more than any Indian bank stocks. Even in the US, I prefer Visa Stock to Bank of America. Pls, let me know your view on this. I am in stock market since 2005

Not think for today , think for future, in the next 3 years see and note its cross 500 per share. See last year i suggested to add lic houisng at 285 when no one suggested to add now see where is traded.
Trading is a waste of time even if you are doing swing trading and not F&O. I have been doing swing trading since 3 years with capital of Rs 2 Cr with hope of making quick money. While the long term portfolio has given superb returns this 2 Cr missed the entire bull run as I got myself occupied with 10-15% earning. We can certainly make 10-20% in few trades but impossible to keep repeating with all the trades round the year. Better buy good companies and hold to make big money.
You should have invested this 2 cr also in ETFs and pledged your entire portfolio and did option selling with proper hedging, especially on the put side

Hello Sir, I am a practising CA and met you in BM meets at Calcutta when you came for voting. Also a smallcase subscriber. We discussed opening office at Mumbai. Some developments took place last week and I was offered by a senior lawyer to work as AR on his behalf at SAT with a condition that I should have a correspondence address at Mumbai. I need to be at Mumbai for 7-10 days in a month and can do my professional work independently. I have few options (1) take a small office on rent, monthly exp. 50K (2) Get associated with someone having office - do NCLT work on assignment basis and carry own practice too, monthly exp. NIL (3) go for table space - cost 20k approx. please guide. Thanks

Sir my question is, If a mid cap mutual fund size (AUM) has grown to 75,000 Cr, and a small cap mutual fund size (AUM) has grown to 15,000 cr, does that mean that these mutual funds are too big in AUM now and less returns are expected. And what can be considered as large fund size in mutual funds as a general reference point for Large, Mid and Small cap funds ? I am gradually shifting my capital from mutual funds to stocks. No sir, its a sebi rule.. sold share price we shall not get full 100% we shall get only 80% another 20% u shall get next day for trading.. that's why we have to sell on first day and buy next day..

Bajaj housing finance is at p/e 33. Avg bajaj finance p/e was 55. Why cannot bajaj housing double from here to 300 plus when Jio finance is at pe 140 plus as bajaj housing has growth of 30% ? Market frenzy can push Bajaj housing to 300-400

Basant Sir, I am Yogish a big fan of your videos. IREDA is a Govt of India company holding 75% equity - Trading at 7.25 times price to book with PER 46. If market is willing to give so much for a PSU company, then Rs 160 - 170 for a top-notch high-quality company like BHFL may not be surprising. If it listing above 160 - 170 it may go through time correction for long time.

In calcutta you have to pay cut money even for renting,purchasing a house,My friend sister paid a local politician cut money to buy a 4 bed room house,,,In construction you have to pay to on every truck of send ,bricks and on every construction material to local।politician ,Every contractor had to pay 10% of total।construction cost to local politi cian,This does not happen any where in india
