This is a sample of the Sik Fot set of the Ten Hand Sets of Shaolin demonstrated by Sifu Wing Lam. This is the final set in the Ten Hand Sets sequence when practiced in order. Note that I've already uploaded the entire set, but I'm uploading a higher-quality sample.
