RECIPE:
1 cauliflower.
Cut into florets.

Olive oil 5 tablespoons.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Italian herbs.
Parsley.
Parmesan.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Cauliflower is ready!
Cool.
Flour 100 gr.
3 eggs.
Attention.
Coat cauliflower in flour.
Dip in egg.
Then in breadcrumbs.
Place on parchment.
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F).
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 tablespoons.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
