I just wanna say.. I have a REALLY hard time eating..like I absolutely LOVE food but, after work plus dealing with/a LOT rlly hardcore anxiety (depression, OCD stuff) I’m usually so dang burnt out/stressed, I’m not hungry/nothing seems appealing to the point it’s become quite a problem.. I love… and I mean LOVEEE this dish!!! It’s SOOO flipping easy!! I found it less than a month ago & am making it RIGHT NOW, AGAIN, for the 3rd time. (Except I add the garlic before+ add a few chopped sweet peppers let it all roast before adding the penne & OMG!!) It’s SUCH a lifesaver to have on hand! Usually I don’t like things that have to be reheated (usually doesn’t hit the same, specially when it’s meat, idk it’s a texture thing) but THIS?!? I make it in big batches & throw It in the fridge just to take out 1-2 bowls a day (like I’m telling u… a lot of the times… this is ALL I eat!😂) It’s even as good cold! I’ll find myself picking at the rest in the fridge while I’m waiting for it to heat up lol. Even my mom mentioned “thank GOD for whoever made that dish, it’s the 1st time in a LONG time I’ve seen u eat consistently “ It’s midnight, I got home from work and hr or so ago, I went ahead & doubled up the recipe so I can have a FAT bowl before bed. 1 before work & then some for the next few days while I’m off & can cook. Really, truly… I can’t thank you enough 🥹🙏🏻💗
I am a mother of 3 kids, I made this for breakfast and paired it with bread. Thank you so much for sharing such flavourful recipes and so easy too! It's a sure keeper.
I have been so excited to make this all day, and it did not disappoint! This is such a great, delicious dish!! I added one Brie cheese wheel beside the feta and I added the garlic before cooking. Then, after I added the pasta, I mixed baby spinach in…to die for 😋 Next time, Im thinking shrimp
We made this last night. We have, for a long time, had a go-to meal that consisted of pasta with sun dried tomatoes and feta. When I saw this, I thought it looked good and was worth a try. Sure enough, it's great. Unfortunately, our store didn't have fresh basil, so I just used dried and added it before baking. The tomatoes blended in surprisingly well and made for a very fresh, delicious meal. And it's the definition of easy. I put it together in all of about three minutes (and it only took that long trying to figure out how big a pan I should use.) Try this - you won't be sorry.
Okay, I’m not a big feta cheese fan so I haven’t tried this recipe. So I guess I’m asking with the tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, basil, & a s&p will it enhance the flavor, or settle the taste?
This was a trendy recipe a while back but I still make it all the time, it's so easy and quick. I like to make it with zucchini noodles too, which works as a great vegetable side dish
Tried this today and it was fabulous! My son was not a big fan however he doesn’t like tomatoes so that’s not a huge surprise. I do recommend making some type of meat to enjoy with this. I happened to have some leftover chicken I heated up with it. Def recommend!!
I LOVE this recipe cause you can customize any way you want. Throw in the whole damn kitchen sink lol. This is how my family enjoys it... With broccoli, grilled chicken cut up in it garlic before going in oven, little butter, and then finish with parmesan and shredded mozzarella chz on u op then bake for 5 more mins....omg best pasta I've ever had.
I have been making this ever since I saw it on tiktok! This is is quick delicious meal that can made in 30 minutes & can be with or without meat! It is sooooo good! But I add garlic before I bake it, as a matter of fact I'm making some right now!
Pour some broth into the tomato feta dish and place DRY pasta in the oven with everything together. Pasta will cook in uber-rich tomato/feta/olive oil flavored broth vs bland salt-only water on the stove and be 1000 times more richly flavored. Bonus, only one dish used. You're welcome.
Just amazing, I cooked it tonight (European time here) and it won't be the last time. ❤ Thank you for the idea. I was doing the feta, tomatoes and shrimp version, but I love this one too. 🎉
Ran to the market to gather ingredients, made and I swear to u , delish. We ate as an appetizer with garlic bread, then we had salad, wine and pasta and more bread. A keeper for me.
Thank you for always your recipes girl. I have tried lots of them and they came out. Just exactly how you said thank you keep them coming. 😘😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️❤️😆👍🏽
You can make this in a large pan on the stovetop and cook for 10-15 minites intstead of putting it in the oven for 30 minutes. Saves so much time! You dont even need to change the recipe, just make the recipe the same as in the video and put it in the pan instead of the oven. Lastly, add your pasta that's cooked separately.
I made this last night minus the pasta because it was late. Do nice. Thanks Will try the pasta one day in the day when I am more energetic that week. 🍓
You changed my life thank you. This is the easiest dinner recipe by far! And it’s my families favorite thank you my bf just might wanna marry me thanks to you 🤣❤️ you earned a new sub!
