The creaminess you’re looking for will be there if you make a bechamel sauce. Start with a roux (equal parts butter & flour)….add your milk or cream..& then melt the cheese into the bechamel….in the African American tradition, eggs are also added to a baked Mac & cheese for texture & so that it can stand up to the baking process.

I love this channel and AsmEri, she makes all her food look so delicious, and it is so great how she shows her true enjoyment when she eats!!! I cook and bake for many people, and the best thing for me, is after spending so much time in kitchen , seeing the faces of those that are eating my food( most of the time they love it😆). This makes me want to continue to cook and feed others. Ive always wanted to try pork cutlets. But im so scared to attempt. Stupid anxiety always goes up when i cook. Same thing with wanting to make home made mac and cheese. And omg that crunch of the cutlets were mouth watering lol. I feel bad for the puppys next door. They seemed so unhappy. Hope they r ok ❤. Love your nails too btw. Please give kitty loves for me.

I love the nail color. Maybe add a ricotta or mascarpone for more creamy texture. Or camambert or brie. I would love to see someone ( PLEASE DO THIS!!!) make a “20 cheese mac & cheese”. I can’t eat cheese anymore so I live vicariously through those who can… like you. I’d do: Colby, muenster, Monterey Jack, havarti, ricotta, neufchatel, cottage cheese, mascarpone, burratta, brie, buffalo mozzarella, camambert, port wine cheddar, feta, halloumi, aged sharp cheddar, emmental! asiago, parmesean & romano on top!!! NOBODY has done this. Ben Deen did a 10 cheese grilled cheese! It was epic! Please do this. It’d be a DREAM RECIPE/MUKBANG for lactose intolerant vegans (like me) I miss cheese!!! Loved this vid btw
