Baked Potato Soup
Recipe
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Sweet Onion, Chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1/2 Cup Cooked Real Bacon Bits
- 4 Large OR 8 Small-Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes, Peeled & Diced
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 6+ Cups Chicken Broth, To Cover Potatoes Or More If Needed Based On Your Amount Of Potatoes
Boil For 15 Minutes Until Potatoes Are Tender
Thickener
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Cup Of Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
1. Add Thickener To The Soup When Potatoes Are Tender
