Vietnamese Baked Salmon for Spring Rolls or Lettuce Wraps!
Baked Salmon
2 Lbs. salmon filet
1/2 Tbs sesame oil
1/2 Tbs fish sauce
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs oyster sauce
1 Tbs sugar
3 Tbs honey
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 Tbs melter butter
1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Red chlii peppers
Mix ingredients in small bowl
Spread all over fish filets
Marinate for 2-4 hours
Bake 425 for 15 - 20 minutes
Spread scallion oil, fried shallots and garlic, and peanuts
Tamarind Dipping Sauce (2:58)
2 Tbs tamarind paste
1 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs honey
1 Tbs fish sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbs hot water
1/2 Tbs chili garlic paste (Sambal)
