Ingredients:
1 lb (454g) Salmon
1.5 oz (43g) Green Onions
1 Tbsp dried dill (or 1 oz (28g) fresh Dill)
0.5 oz (14g) Italian Parsley
Olive Oil
1 Lemon
Salt, Black Pepper
Preparations:
1-Chop the green onions.
2-Mince the Italian parsley (or the dill).
Directions:
1-Grease the pan with olive oil.
2-Place the salmon in the pan.
3-Season with salt and black pepper (or pepper and lemon powder) to taste.
4-Add the chopped green onions, dill, and parsley.
5-Drizzle a few tablespoons of olive oil as desired.
6-Squeeze half or a whole lemon over the salmon.
7-Cover the salmon with the herb mixture.
8-Preheat the oven to 380ºF (193ºC) and broil the salmon for 30 minutes.
