Baked Salmon with a Goat's Cheese and Spring Onion Crust 

Found this recipe 2 yrs later & it’s some of the best salmon I’ve ever had! Our Mexican household recommends seasoning salmon w/ tajin for extra flavor (just a little on top and/or bottom, too much & it’ll be too salty)
