I've really enjoyed watching the three videos you posted. I'm a bit disappointed there weren't captions on this one. I'd have appreciated names to the special breads they looked delicious. Also, why such elaborate plaiting on long white n what was the 'WHITE' loaf made from. I'm eagerly looking forward to the next video. D💜
