We have been closely behind the scenes of the morning preparation of the restaurant "Kitchen Usuda", which is located in the mountains of Bungo Ono City, Oita Prefecture!
The owner, Mr. Usuda, moved with his wife from Tokyo to Oita prefecture nearly 30 years ago.
